Consistent with standard industry practice, all bullion and coin sales are final, and purchases from a wholesaler are not eligible for return or refund. In most cases, instead of receiving a refund, you may sell the products back to us at our prevailing buy-back price. Buy-backs are not guaranteed. As an investor, you understand that precious metal prices fluctuate constantly and that product values may increase or decrease with market conditions. You are responsible for shipping any products you sell back to us, and a $25 processing fee will apply to each package.
